Eligibility: This event is open to United States based teams registered through AYSO, US Soccer, US Youth Soccer, USSA and US Club, as well as international teams properly registered through their National Governing Bodies and Provincial Associations.
All participating teams/players MUST utilize the Showcase & Clinic Medical Release – NO EXCEPTIONS. Click here download the Medical Release.
Games are 2-40 minute half’s with a 5 minute halftime.
Teams have 3 games unless otherwise agreed. Games will be adjusted for weather if needed – see rules. We are not responsible for teams who “no-show.” Showcase Game Schedule is as follows:
NOTE: If you have a special request for time slots, please note this with your application for consideration, and we will do our best to accommodate any requests made.
Our goal is to publish on or before November 22, 2024. We will not begin your team schedule till your hotel/housing accommodations are confirmed by Events by Design. From MENU – select attending teams, view games schedules. Remind your parents to check the website prior to your game match. We do NOT manage or post schedules on your Team Snap Account!
All special needs including same coach multiple teams, travel, etc. MUST be made at the time of application. We will do our best to accommodate. We are not able to adjust showcase schedule for matters beyond our control. This includes players taking the SAT/ACT test. Visit College Board, choose from multiple date to take the exam contacting College Board to reschedule. IMPORTANT: Internet Technology charges $150 for changes/request made to your game schedule unless the error on their part.
The College Style Soccer Clinic is open to all players ages 14 to 19 playing competitive, high school, or recreational soccer. The program is designed to give players an opportunity to train with attending college coaches while being seen by other college coaches in attendance.
Teams and individual players may register for the clinic online. ALL PLAYERS MUST SUBMIT A SIGNED APPLICATION to participate in the clinic and utilize the official Medical Release.

FAQ: Arrive 30 minutes prior to clinic start to be placed in your assigned group. Do not switch your assigned jersey number. Bring your shin-guards, water, and have the medical release available. If you need medical support prior to the clinic arrive early to avoid additional wait time.
Walk-ups: Once the clinic had closed – if space is available, it will be on a first-come basis and payment is cash only. Call our office for questions.
All teams must be checked in online - on or before November 27, 2024 at Midnight!
For Team check-In, we will need 1 copy of your FINAL team roster, 1 copy of all Guest-Player Releases, 1 copy of your Permission-To-Travel form, and a copy of each player's Player ID Card (except for those registered with North Texas Soccer). All Team Managers/Coaches MUST have the Showcase & Clinic Medical Release for all players with them at the fields and signed.
There is no longer a need to go out of your way to meet with us before the Showcase! Once your team is accepted, you will be emailed your credentials to login to our online Team Area. Once you login, you will be need to submit all required documents to complete Team Check-In online.
IMPORTANT: Each State Association requires us to send a Teams Check In Status to ensure attending teams/ players are documented in case of injury. If you are not able or willing to check your team in – please let us know and tell your parents.
The purpose for team check in is to ensure that each player is properly identified, has a medical release to play, is a valid player, and is in good standing with his/her local association.

TEAM CHECK IN & TEAM ROSTER REMINDERS: Your roster can have 28 players – 5 can be guest for a max of 28 players and 22 can dress for a game/match. Other players can sit with team NOT in uniform. You can’t mix AYSO, USYS, USSSA & US Club players/cards to make a Roster, or “write in” guest players.
IMPORTANT: The team/players must register as AYSO, USSSA, USYS or US Club team and, guest players must match the team registration affiliation as well. You will need to upload your official team/game roster with all players registered under the same affiliation along with a Photograph or PDF showing their player ID card with number shown. And, NO, you can’t write in guest players. Plan accordingly ALL TEAMS MUST CHECK IN BY 11/27/24 – Midnight
