REMINDER: RESPECT EACH OTHER, THE REFEREES & GAME OFFICIALS. DON’T LET YOUR ATTITUDE BE THE REASON A COACH WALKS AWAY.

Team Rosters

15U-19U teams can have a maximum of 28 players (including 5 guest players). A player may play for only one team except ODP (Per State Association) in the Showcase.

Guest Players

Each team can have up to 5 guest players for a total maximum roster count of 28.
All true guest players must have a "Guest Player Release Form" (or Player Loan Form), signed by the releasing team, and a copy of this form MUST be provided during Team Check-In. In addition, all guest players MUST be listed on the Final Offical Roster submitted for Team Check-In.

ClubPass players are NOT considered to be true guest players, and they do NOT count toward a team's total maximum allotment of 5 guest players. However, these players must be properly documented on the Final Official Roster that is submitted for Team Check-In.

NOTE: If you have a guest player on your roster and their original team is participating in the showcase, the guest player MUST play with his/her original team. All players MUST be registered under the same sanctioning organization that the team is registered. Players who are not properly registered are NOT allowed to participate.

Teams and individual players may register for the College-Style Clinic online. EACH INDIVIDUAL PLAYER MUST SUBMIT A SIGNED APPLICATION to participate in the Clinic.

All Teams Must Complete Check-In Online

Teams who don't complete the online Team Check-In process and start play will forfeit all entry fees and not be allowed to continue play.
This is something we take very seriously!

Game Video Footage

Team staff and parents WILL be allowed to film their own teams from the sidelines.

Rules Of The Game – Key Points

Did you know, college coaches and scouts are watching player behavior on and off the field and often coaches and scouts will “pass” on prospective recruit because of parents who are shouting and showing a careless disregard for other.

This is a Showcase, and college coaches and scouts are here to identify and talented and qualified student-athletes.

The first team listed in the schedule is considered the HOME team.

The HOME team will supply 3 suitable game balls, which are subject to referee inspection and approval.

The HOME team will wear white or light-colored jerseys. Each team must have an alternate color jersey for all players in case of color conflict.

The home team, if deemed necessary by the referee, will be required to change jerseys.

Player jerseys number must match the official match roster. All players MUST wear shin-guards during the game and be dressed appropriately. Team should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the game start.

Coaches and/or players sent off during a match are not allowed to play/coach in the next match for that team. Players/Parents/Coaches who exhibit behavior that's considered offensive will be asked to leave the park.

WHAT IS COOL - Showing respect for everyone and following the rules. WHAT IS NOT COOL - Offensive language and aggressive behavior.

COMPLAINTS

Issues can be raised to the Tournament Director, but all referee decisions are final.

TRAINERS AND MEDICAL STAFF

Trainers and medical staff are on-site. Priority is given to injured players! Field marshals are patrolling the area monitoring matches and ready to call medical support for all persons needing assistance. Players needs courtesy taping prior to a match, should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your game start. Medical staff will aid, observation, advice and if needed, call an ambulance. REMEMBER: Never leave the park if you are injured during game-play without instructions from the medical staff.

PARK FACILITIES

Keep the parks facilities clean and safe for players and spectators. Show respect for the facility operators, DON”T LITTER! Keep your team and spectator areas clear of trash. PLEASE utilize one of the many trash bins provided! AND DON’T LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN UN-ATTENDED – BE ALERT AND AWARE OF YOUR SURRONDINGS!

LOST AND FOUND

Each year, parents spend thousands of dollars on soccer gear, water bottles, cell phones, watches and more for their children. And, each year we find soccer gear, backpacks, shoes, shin-guards, IGLOO coolers, keys, phones, and more left on the fields. We will have a lost and found box at each location. Items not claimed at the conclusion of the event are donated to the local Goodwill.

Additional Items

Facility operators and personnel will promptly tow illegally parked vehicles at the driver's expense. Please pay attention and park properly!

Never leave small children unattended, cars unlocked, or personal possessions visible within your parked vehicle.

Always follow facility rules and safety precautions when attending any event. The Sport Source® is not responsible for one's failure to follow these guidelines.

All items not picked up are donated to the local Goodwill. On behalf of the needy children who benefit from your loss, they say thank you for the cool stuff!
