Stay-to-Play Event
The Sport Source® Showcase is a "Stay-to-Play" event.
For teams located outside 60 miles of downtown Dallas, TX:
Teams/families/guest MUST follow the Stay to Play housing guidelines and comply with rules of the event at all times. We are obligated to utilize certain hotels per rental rules and if helps us to quickly contact each team coach and manager at designated hotels in the case of any emergency situation that may occur.
When it comes to hotels and amenities you will be pleasantly surprised. All hotels include amenities such as breakfast, wi-fi, self parking and other delights in your rate to make your stay more enjoyable. So relax and let someone to prepare your breakfast & make your bed and enjoy your time and take advantage of our special team rates and amenities offered.
Savings & Amenities
Events by Design is our housing partner and they work direct with each hotel partner allowing everyone to receive exceptional rates, services, and amenities not usually provided and passing the savings on to our teams and families.
- Review the available hotel options, rates and included amenities
- Hotels fill fast so it is important teams select the hotel that best fits their needs
- Return the complete the team housing form ASAP and we will work to secure your team block
- If your organization has more than 1 team participating and you need a large block of rooms let us know ASAP.
All host properties will charge a 1 night non-refundable deposit per room that is applied to your stay. Deposits are fully refundable should injury happen or team is unable to participate. Remember using hotel rewards/points or 3rd party travel sites to book your stay is prohibited.
Stay-To-Play Hotel Information
Events By Design is the official housing provider for the Showcase & College ID Clinic providing un-parallel EBD has secured room blocks at each hotel and amenities that range from full hot breakfast, free or discounted parking, wi-fi, fixed price support and service.
EBD has secured room blocks at each hotel and amenities that range from full hot breakfast, free or discounted parking, wi-fi, fixed price team dinners, discounted team coach/manager rooms, and/or upgrades for team coach/manager, early check in, late check out and more!
Click here for list of approved hotels with rates and amenities. Once your designated team official selects your host hotel EBD will send a room block/link to share with parents, friends and fans to book accommodations within a reasonable timeframe. All un-reserved rooms within your team block will be released so other teams can secure accommodations.

Once your team block/reservations are confirmed by the hotel TSS will begin building your game schedule.
NOTE: Players/families without a confirmed reservation within the allotted timeframe are considered not participating. Parents, if your child is not attending, notify your team coach/manager ASAP not us so they can remove your child from the team roster, and we will try to assist with guest players.
