Session 3: Physical — Speed, Agility, Quickness, Strength – Using Them To Your Advantage
Session 4: Psychological — Mental Toughness, Dealing With Adversity & Performing Under Pressure
Each player is assigned a "jersey number" that corresponds with the college coaches' listing for tracking players. Players should not change assigned numbers with anyone. All Jerseys will be collected by the staff at the conclusion of the event.
Players will participate in small sided games using realistic training situations
Each session is approximately 30 minutes long. Participants rotate among 4 stations while interacting with College Coaches
